Eating Cake Makes You Fat!

It’s true! Eating cake, donuts, pies, ice cream and whatever else that contains loads of sugar makes you fat! Oh, you already knew that? Here’s something you might not know. Doing pull-ups and lifting weights actually makes you lose weight. But doc, I can’t do a pull-up. But you can, there are ways to do them scaled. If you didn’t already know I train at Crossfit Remnant in Johns Creek Ga, and i’m a huge advocate of Crossfit. Yes, staying fit by flipping tires, pulling ropes and lifting barbells is more fun then eating cake!
