1. Roll with a foam roller your forearms 10 min prior to the workout

2. Stretch your wrists in all directions

3. Take a peppermint lick with Doterra Essential oils 5 min prior to the workout

4. Use Bag Balm on your palms to help prevent the tearing of your hands!
