We all have experienced or are going through set-backs in our life. They could be emotional, financial, spiritual, or physical. I’m going to talk to you about Physical Set-backs and how to overcome those set-backs. Sometimes having a set- backs feels like it’s the end of the world, when really it could mean you are becoming closer to your dreams coming to pass. You have to get to your closed doors before you get to your open doors. What if you knew you had 5 doors to go through and you quit at door number 4 for the open door to open.

Food and Fuel- we can’t fuel our body with junk and expect the outcome we are looking for whether it be to feel better, to be in less pain, to loss weight, to have more energy. My first building block teaches you how to get started to fueling your body.

Body Physique and Image- There’s no amount of hate that will give you love, there’s no amount of greed that will give you wealth and so on.

Injury Prevention- Maintenance! Maintenance! Maintenance! we have all hear the saying if you don’t use it you lose it. Building Block numer 3 discusses the HOW’s TO’s to combating and avoiding injury as we age and more importantly while we stay active.

Rest and Recovery- We don’t rest enough! When we rest our bodies repair and heal themselves. Building Block number 4 teaches you why we are the most sleep deprived culture and how just 10 min a day of rest can impact your social, family and physical well being.

Hope and Inspiration- My last building block demonstrates HOPE and Inspiration for those who are seeking HOPE when they have tried everything else, and everything else has simply failed them. Living a vitalistic life is easy, you just have to take the first step. I’m here to guide you through those steps.
